If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we provide a money back guarantee on return of the item.

Returns are accepted for up to 14 days from delivery for a full refund.

Should you wish to return an item please contact us to authorise your return.

The item should be returned in the same condition as sent via trackable mail.

Returns from outside the UK must be clearly marked 'Returned Goods NCV' under the value marked on the customs declaration and include our packing slip or a clear photocopy of our packing skip in the package.

Refunds will be processed once your item has been safely returned to us.
